I have decided to begin a workout system called P90X. It works on a theory called Muscle Confusion. It makes the muscles work against each other and rotates day to day between muscle groups to make the exercises more efficient. Normally the program would take 90 days from flab to ripped... but I am still about 60lbs over weight so I will be taking probably close to 6 months. The first 90 days I will be losing fat and using altered exercises so I can do them the best I can. By day 91 I should be able to do them just as they show in the videos. So the last 90 days ought to be toning me up. We will see. I will be posting pictures, stats, logs, and journals here to chronicle my results. DH will probably be doing them along with me but only on the weekends when he can come to the apartment so his results will be varied but I am sure he'll get some good workouts in as well. I haven't decided which day to start yet but once I do I will be sticking to it everyday so check back often. Please leave as many comments as you want.
