My Week
 We are having ourselves a little pregnancy scare this week y'all.  I say "scare" because I am in the exact same "shape" I was in when I got preggers last time...and it lead to Preeclampsia and Gestational Diabetes.  Both of which we are trying to avoid with the next child {if it's even possible seeing as how those two may have nothing to do with weight}.  I've been having some odd symptoms that can either be attributed to pregnancy or my BC.  I have spotted a bit, but not really enough to convince myself.  I'll be testing before we go back on the BC next week.  I'm on my "off week" which I normally don't do... but I needed that period this month lol!  So as you can guess, I have been stressed and not working my butt off this week.  That tends to lead to snacking and lounging.  You'll see how that effected my numbers.  Hopefully the test is negative {for now} and I can continue on with my weight loss goals.  I'll update you next week.  By the way... if I am pregnant again... God really wants me to be!  I will have conceived through TWO forms of BC!

My Progress
This weeks numbers {see below} are a bit misleading.  I think I am going to count this week as somewhere btw holding steady and improvement.  I did not lose any weight but I didn't gain either.  My BMI went up, but only by .1%.  However, my muscle mass went up this week.  I think I can safely say that I gain muscle and lost a bit of fat this week.  Hopefully next week will be even better.
