Well I tried to make some meatloaf cupcakes for my April Fools joke on the hubby but the "icing" didn't turn out right. I creamed the potatoes too much so the frosting was all runny. Oh well...he's scarfing them up as I type. At least he thinks they are yummy...even if he wasn't very fooled. I'll have to try better next year. I only do silly ones so it's hard to find one that works. I'll update this post with pictures later. I want to go read all your new posts and I know I'll be too tired after that. I also have dessert cooling over there. It's hardened chocolate cups filled with tapioca! I'm so excited about them!
