Which Do You Like Better?

My New Blog Design

I felt like my old design was cluttered and the header was really large.  I am not exactly satisfied with the header words on the new one though.  I could use the dotted blue instead of the solid blue under my title.  Maybe I could put the grass that was in the middle under the hippo... What do you think?  Which do you prefer?
